[ABA], stands for Active British Army.

We are a Project Reality Clan that allows serving Members of the British Forces to join. A lot of gaming clans use military names and model their internal structure and ranks on the Army. [ABA] are the real deal. We are comprised of serving and retired British Forces (be they Army, Navy or RAF), reserves and regular.

I myself have been a Developer for Project Reality, a free modification for the retail game Battlefield2, since its birth in 2003, and noticed a lot of British Squaddies joining the community. Therefore I decided to form this clan, as a place where we could all get together once a week, and play together as a team.

We are not a mega serious clan, as we all have very demanding jobs, and it is mainly here so that guys can always jump on here and find out who is online, who fancies a game from time to time etc etc. We have a steady number of regulars who play online, and we have had a fair few matches against other clans in the PR community.

Our aim is to play at a reasonably competitive level, but always ensure that we have a laugh and are able to unwind, whether ingame or on TeamSpeak. [ABA]'s official server is the Official British Army Project Reality server, in conjunction with ArmyNET.
